No, it doesn't crash. At least not from a fresh instance of xemacs and
slime.
I'm not 100% sure, but when the last crash happened I was in the sldb
debugger and had asked it to display the source line that caused the
lisp error. This normally brings up a new buffer with the source file,
and then the sexp is flashed momentarily. I will try to find something
a bit more repeatable, but this is difficult because I'm not sure when
it happens. When it does, I'm usually typing all kinds of stuff.
But if you want a test of the GCPROing changes, send me a patch I'll
test it for you.
