gui-error instantiating reset-up.png

With the latest xemacs from mercurial, I have the following repeatable
problem.

Start xemacs -vanilla.  Then M-x customize-variable gnuserv-frame.  (Any
variable or group will do, I think.)  The reset button is not a button;
it just says "[Reset]" and the *Warnings* buffer says:



(245) (specifier/warning) error: (gui-error (Can't instantiate image
(probably cached) [png :file
