Building packages with 21.5b29?

It is old by design. The idea is that it is the latest beta release
that is used for the package smoketest. 

But I have at occasions broken that rule for different reasons. I
think the current 21.5-beta-binary in the smoketest isn't the latest
21.5 release for instance. 

I have seen problems with building semantic with the bleeding edge
21.5 (I haven't had time to report it though yet, sorry.) Maybe it is
related?

What to do about the smoketest is another issue. Maybe we should
update the 21.5 version more often or have a bleeding edge build as
well!? Ideas?
