how to triger tramp?

Hmmh, what's the exact file name you typed?

I expect you did something close to:

C-x d (dired)
/[fktpp at hg.linuxfire.com.cn]/home/lar_pratise/config.h

When I do this, tramp kicks in just fine, and I get a debug buffer:
