I tried, but there's no tramp buffer -_-

buffer list looks like this:

---------------------------8<-------------------------------
   MR Buffer           Size  Mode         File
   -- ------           ----  ----         ----
.   config.h	        0
C		e:\fktpp at hg.linuxfire.com.cn\home\lar_pratise\config.h
   *  *scratch*	      421  Lisp Interaction
     "*ftp anonymous at ftp.xemacs.org*" 0 efs
   * "*ftp anonymous at ftp.cn.postgresql.org*" 1236	efs
    % *Completions*     490  Completion List
   * "*Buffer List*"    370  Fundamental
---------------------------8<-------------------------------

Which you see, tramp didn't start at all. It opened a non-exist file in a
non-exist directory -_-
