[Bug: 21.4.19] vc can not visit older versions beside the first one

Thanks for pointing it out.  It was lost in the sync as I never use the menu 
myself and didn't notice.  I've restored it in CVS (Tools->Version Control 
nowadays) and I believe a new pre-release package will be out soon.

It's still there, the name is `vc-version-other-window'.
