Hi Phil,

Could you kindly mention a few times in the guided tour that C-h means
Control-h and M-x means Alt-x?

Or would you like me to make the changes?  I can, though it'd be
easier for me to do so if the document was moved to a wiki as
mentioned above.  :-)
