Patches for ruby-modes

AFAICT, it basically means that there's no dedicated maintainer.  So
changes only happen if someone happens to find some time and has
interest.

Short of volunteering to be the maintainer, the only thing to do (that I
know of ) is post bug reports (and hopefully patches) to xemacs-beta.
