Bug in display

And thank you for it! I've just upgraded my XEmacs by about ten minor
versions (to 21.5.27) and the Xft-rendered antialiased XEmacs looks
*lovely*:))

Even if it does have the odd artifact, it's still too nice-looking
to go back.


(One thing I *have* noticed is that on changing font sizes, sometimes
the modeline doesn't get repainted...)
