After your 2006-06-03 change 'unicode_to_ichar' in `unicode.c' calls
`snprintf' regardless of `HAVE_SNPRINTF' definition.  If system does
not have `snprintf', building `$(RAW_EXE)' (`temacs' or whatever)
fails.  Please fix.
