Are you talking about XEmacs 21.4 or 21.5?  I just checked in a fix for
a Find dialog related crash this week.  If you build the current CVS
version of 21.5, you'll get the fix.  If you are talking about 21.4,
then could you do M-x report-emacs-bug?  That will give us a bunch of
information about your XEmacs.
