First I tried to apply the whole patch. I obtained the
following error 

atch hebrew.el hebrew-diff
patching file hebrew.el
Hunk #1 succeeded at 146 with fuzz 1 (offset 2 lines).
Hunk #2 FAILED at 290.
1 out of 2 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file hebrew.el.rej

Then I did as you said, deleting everything from @@ -155
(including this line) then the patch worked, and I could
even compile it however when I loaded the new hebrew.el 
I obtain an error (trace attached)
