smtpmail, starttls and gmail

Actually, it the executable does build and it works better than gnutls
in the sense that I don't get errors about the TLS packet.  However, I
do still get an error.  It's caused by the delete-process at the end
of smtpmail-via-smtp in smtpmail.el.  The error says it the process
can't be killed.  I think the process may have already been exited.
In any case, the mail is sent, but gnus thinks the mail has not been.

Maybe I can just ignore the failure from delete-process.
