Tracker is down

In fact, my whole university is down, and I don't know when it will
come back up.
I hope on Monday morning, but we'll see.  I'll let you know when I have an ETA
for the tracker restart.

I'm fine, my family is fine, my dog is fine, my office is a shambles.

If anybody is having trouble getting through to somebody in Japan, feel free
to contact me off-list at my XEmacs address.  I probably won't be able to help,
communications seems to working as well as you could hope in the
circumstances.  But I'll be happy to try if someone needs it.
