ben-unicode-internal merge and update

Hi there,

I’ve just merged the last ten months’ trunk changes into the
ben-unicode-internal repository. I’ve also deactivated the branch, now the
branch’s changes are on the default branch in that repository, so the whole
thing is a little easier to use.
