Tracker issue, si'l vous plait.  For "two-line changes" (ie, for
values of "two" up to about "10" :-), patch can be uploaded as a
.diff, or simply pasted into the comment box.  For larger changes,
please upload a diff.

Seems to me this would be better added to the packages.  Do you know
if it works OK with 21.4?  If it's "core" enough, it can go into the
xemacs-base package, I think, so you don't need to offer to maintain
it.  If that sounds right to you, file an issue against the
xemacs-base component in the tracker, and upload the relevant file(s)
to the issue.

Of course, you can also wait for me or Mike or somebody to get around
to it, but I'm getting old enough to have memory problems.  (See, I've
already forgotten how many requests I've forgotten in the past!)
