Latest ecb and cedet!?

The CEDET 1.0 that is out now I tested on XEmacs 21.4.  I had tried 
getting it to compile cleanly from a Makefile, but couldn't quite do it. 
  I was able to finish compiling by hand, and verified that many things 
worked by hand, but couldn't run the automated tests.

Hopefully CEDET won't pose much trouble compiling against XEmacs.  I'm 
happy to help things along if needed.

I know less about the ECB compilation mechanism.
