mark multi regions, as in MS Windows (Control mouse)

Hello

One of the (few) nice things in the MS Windows system is the fact that 
you can mark various regions in a simple way, by using control left mouse.

I know about multi-region for xemacs but it looks complicated.

Does anybody know how to have such a feature for Xemacs (under Linux)
