VM-BUG: GPG error leaves viewport at bottom of message

For messages from a particular correspondent I always get this error:

I assume this is pretty common, so VM should handle it smoothly.
However VM leaves point at this text at the bottom of the message in
the message window, rather than setting point to the beginning of the
message. Original message available on request.
Folder lists and default toolbar description removed.
