I care, I just don't have a Windows box available to look at it at the
moment.

BTW, we do now have an issue tracker at
http://tracker.xemacs.org/XEmacs/its/.  If you want to ensure that an
issue sent to the xemacs-beta list gets entered into that database,
either use M-x report-xemacs-bug or prepend "[issue]" to the subject
header.
