No. 232 - dropping syntax table

I'm going to drop all use of syntax-table in
commenting. They aren't needed at all AFAIU: starts and
ends may specified by simple strings or chars, that's
all. Syntax makes calculation unnecessary complicated.

Just announce this, no response needed.

However, I may miss something, being on the wrong
path. Any arguments are highly appreciated in this case.
