[Bug: 21.5-b28] Could you please turn on `RE_CHAR_CLASSES' for XEmacs?

How much was that bet?  It gave the same results as SXEmacs... nil on
Hrvoje's name and the Japanese, 0 on "Steve Youngs" (Emacs CVS HEAD
23.0.something).
