XEmacs CVS goes Mercurial

I have to build Mercurial for my Gentoo system. The default
configuration includes support for emacs, but not for bash-completion,
bugzilla, cvs, darcs, git, gpg, subversion, zsh-completion or testing.
I'm going to enable bash-completion. Do I need support for bugzilla,
cvs, git, gpg, or subversion to work with the XEmacs sources?
Thanks.

P.S. Here is what the Gentoo package manager is going to use:
dev-util/mercurial-0.9.5 USE="emacs -bash-completion -bugzilla -cvs
-darcs -git -gpg -subversion -test -zsh-completion"
