Yay!  Thanks for doing this, Michael.

I notice the following difference between my current CVS repository
and my hg one:

     Only in /e/acs/scmroot/hgroot/xemacs-21.5/lisp/mule: european.el

It looks like european.el was moved to the CVS attic; is that file
supposed to be obsolete?
