SSH is still down at cvs.xemacs.org (was: CVS timing out.)

Dear All!

I just documented this at
http://www.xemacs.org/About/XEmacsServices.html#issue36
which is also available at
http://www.us.xemacs.org/About/XEmacsServices.html#issue36
but not at
http://www.dk.xemacs.org/About/XEmacsServices.html#issue36
due to the ssh/cvs problem.

I had to upload the .html versions directly via scp, hence I did not
bother to make ChangeLog updates yet.

So far I have not heard anything back from dotsrc.org.
