Debian has its fontconfig.h misspelling corrected

But when it throw out a link error with a non-exist symbol whose name is  "FcConfigGetInverval_replaced_by_fcconfiggetinterval" or "FcConfigSetInverval_replaced_by_fcconfigsetinterval".
