Hello Jay, thanks for contacting us!

Yes, the XEmacs project is actively syncing its packages with GNU
Emacs from time to time.

I personally take care of re-builder, erc, and help out on others
occasionally.

How often the syncing is done depends on the particular maintainer of
a package.  Calc does not have a single person maintainer in the
XEmacs project, which would be ideal.  Instead it's maintained
collectively by the development team.

Perhaps we could discuss which checks bother you.

Hopefully someone on XEmacs-Beta at xemacs.org will indicate interested
to get XEmacs calc synced up soonish.
