rot13-other-window

Works for me:

XEmacs 21.5  (beta28) "fuki" (+CVS-20070621) [Lucid]
(x86_64-unknown-linux, Mule) of Sat Jun 23 2007 on uwakimon

That is, anything typed into either window appears in clear as typed in
the original window, and ROT13'd in the rot13 window.

Please submit a full bug report so we can diagnose your problem.
