cd ~/.xemacs && ln -s /usr/local/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages && ln -s
/usr/local/lib/xemacs/xemacs-packages

It should be possible to add links under the Resources/ hierarchy of the OS
X app bundle, but I just experimented a little and didn’t manage it.
