XEmacs Design was a zombie for over three years.  We gave it an
official funeral and proper burial when the lists were ressurrected
after the disk crash last September.

That said, that mailbox is supposed to be redirected to xemacs-beta;
I'll see if I can find out what happened to it.  It's not in the
spamtraps.
