[Bug: 21.5-b28] Some font uglification in VM (21.5.28)

The default font was changed to make a certain Cygwin user happier.
The experiment is hereby declared "failed" and will be reverted.
There's a deeper problem with the structure of the face hierarchy (too
many independently defined faces with too little sharing) which I
don't really know how to fix at this point.

In the meantime, using the X resource

XEmacs.default.attributeFont: -*-courier-*--*-120-*-iso8859-1

should give reasonable behavior.

This is a placeholder for customize.  It does nothing since there are
no arguments.  (At least, I hope it doesn't.)
