Bugs with calender mode

ah, we need an autoload for this.  Added.  I think Emacs may have the
same problem.

 > -> answer questions, and then you end up with
 > Symbol's function definition is void: cal-assoc-ignore

typo on my part.   It should be cal-assoc-string.
