[PATCH] xemacs-21.5-clean: call-process-internal workaround for infinite hang of gpg and w3m

On newsgroup "comp.emacs.xemacs" Adrian invited me to join this
discussion.  I have experienced "hangs" while decoding emails in
21.4.19.  I can offer the following web link

which has further discussion and links to one of the files that causes
a "hang".  This file is "dissected" until it doesn't hang.
