Ispell for Xemacs 21.1 for windows

Hi,
I have just installed Xemacs 21.1 for Windows and I have included the 
ispell tool package. However,
for some reason the ispell programm does not work. Any time I start the 
 ispell buffer, the following error
shows up "Searching  for Program: No such file or directory, ispell"

Any idea how I can fix this?
