21.5.28: Reverting a buffer leaves its status as modified

Hi,

Reverting a buffer in 21.5.28 leaves the buffer's status as modified for me.  
Looks like others see it (or probably related behaviour) too:

Reproducer:

$ echo foo > test.txt
$ xemacs test.txt
RET (or any other modification)
M-x revert-buffer
y
--> the buffer's status is left to modified.
