Xemacs, Vista, and package install (ftp problem)

I suspect you need to use Cygwin's ftp.  If you press C-g at the point
you see the message, is there anything in the *ftp ...* buffer?

For a short-term fix, you can always download the tarball manually and
drop it in the installation.
