In case you're using the XEmacs shipped with Fedora 7, /usr/lib/xemacs is not
the correct location for packages for it; it's /usr/share/xemacs. If you
prefer to install rpm-packaged Sumos, do "yum install xemacs-packages-extra"
(or xemacs-packages-base if you want just the minimal set required to use the
XEmacs package UI).
