[Bug: 21.4.19] Xemacs Unstable on 64-bit Systems

There are known crashes in the sound support and one or two other
places fixed quite recently (within the last month or 6 weeks).  These
fixes are in 21.5.28, so if you're seeing them in 21.5.28 or quite
fresh 21.5.27, please drop us a line to that effect.

A full report when you've got time for it will be greatly appreciated,
of course, but I know you're very busy.
