[Bug] [21.4] Custom buffers missing lotsa buttons

        Hi !

That's with the latest CVS XEmacs 21.4 and packages. My Custom buffers
are missing a lot of buttons under X11. I get no particular message or
error or anything. I usually start a gnuclient -nw to customize stuff;
that's really annoying.

Does somebody know what's going on ?
