[comp.emacs.xemacs] Re: M-x shell fails under Windows Vista

Same behavior with 
-no-autoloads
-vanilla
And both together

Interestingly, xemacs --help goes through the same dialog (which I have
to cancel through 11 times), and then brings up a _separate_ window with
a usage message: that seems a bit odd.
