Hmm, I hadn't imagined that people would actually want to read the
slides. ;) I've changed the layout a bit, as suggested.

I see no reason the HTML and slides need to be packaged together,
since they are mostly parallel in content. I suppose people reading
either format might want to know merely that the other format exists
(even if it is in another package).
