shell usage problem

Dear XEmacs:

 

I am using

XEmacs 21.4 (Patch19) for i586-pc-win32

which is installed from the setup exe.

 

 

I am also using

CVSNT 2.5.03 (Scorpio) Bulid 2382

 

 

My laptop windows system is

MS Windows XP Professional version 2002 SP2

 

When I use the CVSNT from a command Prompt shell window, there is no
problem, for example

D:\>set cvsroot=:sspi:hbsn111111051:/cvs/repositories

 

D:\>cvs login

Logging in to :sspi:WXie at hbsn111111051:2401:/cvs/repositories

CVS Password:

 

D:\>

 

 

When I use the CVSNT from the shell of XEmacs, after I press ENTER for
the CVS Password, the process stops there, the command prompt will not
come out, for example

D:\>set cvsroot=:sspi:hbsn111111051:/cvs/repositories

set cvsroot=:sspi:hbsn111111051:/cvs/repositories

 

D:\>cvs login

cvs login

Logging in to :sspi:WXie at hbsn111111051:2401:/cvs/repositories

CVS Password: 

 

 

cvs [login aborted]: received interrupt signal

 

D:\>cvs login

cvs login

Logging in to :sspi:WXie at hbsn111111051:2401:/cvs/repositories

CVS Password: 

 

cvs [login aborted]: received interrupt signal

 

D:\>

 

I do not know whether this is bug, but this causes certain inconvenience
for me. Could you please help on this?
