Call for volunteer: Lisp support for "graphical tutorial"

With all due respect to Steve Y, I think this is a valuable addition.
I'm +1.

Call for volunteers:

All that's needed is a few snippets of Lisp to hook it into the Help
menu, and provide a M-x guided-tour-sipb command.  "Eventually" I'll
get to this myself, but you know how that goes....  Anybody up for it?

I think it would be good to think about a generic extension to
browse-url-like functionality for PDF, OOo, etc at the same time, but
let's put this into the package distribution soon.  (rationale below)

If "public domain" means that the author intentionally gives up all
rights in the tutorial, that would certainly be sufficient to serve
all of our needs.

Well, now that I've looked at it, I don't think I would market it as a
tutorial (for reasons similar to those given by Steve Y).  However, it
is an excellent outline and very attractively presented.  It's very
complementary to the existing tutorial, covering a broad selection of
more advanced material including the Lisp language.

While I would appreciate if you would pursue the license question with
the author, on general principles, I don't think that the license need
delay addition to the packages.  I also think that the general-docs
package is a more appropriate place for it than the core distribution,
as it will be available to all users of versions of XEmacs since 21.1,
whether they upgrade or not.  We can also distribute it from the
website.  (And SXEmacs users as well will get it. ;-)
