Bug in new vc

Looks promising.  Current CVS has those renamed to registered-lite and I 
haven't seen a single crash with 21.4 yet.  There's now also a current binary 
package (0.90) available at http://koti.welho.com/vskytta/xemacs/new-vc/

I noticed one strange thing though: when built with 21.5.27, 
vc-svn-registered-lite is the only one of these fully 
autoloaded -registered-lite functions that ends up in auto-autoloads.el.  The 
others for CVS, GIT, and MCVS aren't there.  When built with 21.4.20, all of 
them end up in auto-autoloads.el as expected.
