Bugger; there is no related thread, Stephen sent me a response, but it
doesn’t seem to have got to the list, and I deleted it from my inbox on the
assumption that it would get to the list.

When I was in the scouts, the leader told me to pitch a tent. I couldn't
find any pitch, so I used creosote.
