[Bug: 21.5-b27] xemacs loses buffered keystrokes over ssh

I've built a recent CVS version of xemacs and it no longer has the bug 
where it loses buffered keystrokes.  I can paste text into the xterm 
and it all gets pasted, rather than just the first character as 
before.  Thanks.
