[Bug: 21.5-b27] xemacs loses buffered keystrokes over ssh

Use a more recent CVS checkout. This patch fixed the problem:

and it dates from July, while 21.5-b27 was released in May.

but I have yet to check it in. 

If updating isn’t possible, and there are X11 headers available on the
machine you are building XEmacs on, build with X11 support. You don’t have
to _run_ under X11, just include support for it in the binary.
