Patches for ruby-modes

A few weeks ago I sent a rather large patch to the patches mailing list
for ruby-modes. The patch basically brought ruby-modes up to date with the
versions distributed with the ruby package itself.

I've seen no feedback on this patch, so now I'm wondering if I should just
be patient or if additional action is needed to move this patch towards
CVS. If action is needed it would be useful to know what to do.
