[AC21.5] Fix breakage in xftFont resource for tabs and menubar

After some time tweaking Xresources (Why oh why do these things have
to take some much time to get right!?) I have not got back to the
situation where I can set the tabs, menubar, modeline fonts. It looks
really nice.

What is left in the font business is setting the popup font. I don't
seem to be able to do that. Is the xft stuff some how stopping the
athena resources!?
