Send bug reports to AUCTeX.

I'm arguing for a pragmatic solution, with the assumption that:

  - core developer effort in XEmacs is currently almost 0.
  - AUCTeX development is proceeding happily with a very strong commitment
to delivering a painless package for end-users, even providing a CVS
Emacs with it integrated as a one-click solution and an XEmacs package.

XEmacs Beta users would have to keep an older version of XEmacs around for
(La)TeX editing until the bug has been fixed.
